Refund policy

Exchanges and Store Credit                                                                                                      We have a 14-day exchange/store credit policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return the item for store credit. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, i.e. order number. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@frankieandjune.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

If your return for exchange or store credit is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You may be subject to being responsible for return shipping and or outgoing shipping costs. Exceptions may apply based on item value and shipping weight.

Damages and Wrong items sent 
We will accept return items and allow refunds only for defected or damaged products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is damaged or defective and you wait longer than 5* days to let us know, your return or exchange may not be accepted. On wrong items sent, we offer exchanges or store credit only.

* extended time may be given if days fall before, on, or after a federal holiday.

You will not be responsible for return shipping cost on damaged or wrong items sent. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like body washes, full sized perfumes and body sprays, or any item that is half or mostly used. We suggested purchasing sample sizes of the product first to ensure it works for you and is what you want. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, limited time items or special promotional items, free gifts with purchase items or gift cards.


Exchanges/Store credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange or store credit was approved or not.

For store credit, If approved, you’ll be emailed a gift card with the original item amount, sans any taxes or shipping cost. 

For exchanges, if approved, we will notify you via email and you may purchase a different item variant, i.e. a different lipstick shade from the same line or something of equal value from our website. You will not be charged for an exchange item of equal or lesser value. If less than what was originally paid, the remainder will be issues on a virtual gift card. Any amount over the original amount paid will be your responsibility to pay at check out. including tax and shipping if applicable.

You may be subject to shipping cost depending on dollar amount or item weight.

Please allow up to an additional 14 days to receive exchanged items depending on availability. In the event that we are out of stock on an item, we will let you know and you may pick another item or opt to wait and be notified when preferred item is available. Since all products are handmade some items may take longer to restock than others. We appreciate your patience and understanding and value your patronage.
